DELIVERY TIME:

Orders for all in-stock merchandise are processed within 2-3 business Days, except for RUSH orders that will be processed within one (1) business Day for additional fee of $10 minimum or up to 2% of total order. Items being shipped by STANDARD delivery methods should be received within 10 business days. If you have chosen EXPRESS delivery, you should receive your item within 5 days. SHIPPING MERCHANDISE:

Dolceoro Official Online Store offers both STANDARD (10 days) and EXPRESS (5 days) delivery. EXPRESS delivery may not be available on some items, or in some areas.

 

CANCELING ORDERS ONLINE:

In order to guarantee the fastest delivery time orders are processed throughout the day. You may request to cancel an order online within two hours after it was placed. You may no longer be able to add any items to your placed order. To cancel items or orders, please login to http://buy.dolceoro.com/login.asp and click on the order you'd like to cancel. Please keep in mind if your order is processed, our Customer Service department will be unable to cancel your order. However, if you decide you do not want the merchandise you ordered you may return it in its original sealed package, unopened with all associated boxes to DOLCEORO OFFICIAL ONLINE STORE within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund of your total purchase price.

 

RETURNING MERCHANDISE:

We stand behind our products; however we realize that sometimes you may want to return an order. Most merchandise (excluding items which have the “On Sale” or "all sales final" description) can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt in their original sealed package and unopened. You will receive a full refund. The credit will be applied to your account. Please review the detailed return instructions (RMA) on our website. If you have received any promotional discounts, free shipping promotions or markdown on your order, it will be deducted fully from returns and before any refund is made to you.

 

ALL SALES FINAL RETURNS POLICY:

These items have been drastically reduced and in order to provide you with these savings we cannot accept returns on these items. Where the “On Sale” or "all sales final" message appears for the product, please be aware that you will not be able to return the item unless you received it damaged or defective. If you decide to return these items you need to follow our RMA procedure. The products that are found to be non-defective will not receive any credit and shall be returned to you at your expense and per your request.

 

RMA:

You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and instructed to package the covered product, write the RMA# on the outside of the shipping carton and ship it to an inspection location. If the product qualifies for replacement after it has been inspected, a new product of like kind and quality will be shipped to you or a check for the original purchase price of the product, excluding taxes and handling, will be mailed to you.

 

DOLCEORO OFFICIAL ONLINE STORE PROTECTION PLANS:

Products purchased from DOLCEORO OFFICIAL ONLINE STORE include limited Dolceoro manufacturer's Warranty. You may purchase additional extended manufacturer's service plan “Extended Warranty” on selected items at an additional cost, which will cover items beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.  Extended manufacturer's service plan is beneficial if we determine your covered product cannot be repaired, and we will replace it with a product of like kind and quality. Technological advances may result in a replacement product with a lower selling price than the original product. Once the covered product is replaced, this contract is considered fulfilled. If DOLCEORO OFFICIAL ONLINE STORE extended manufacturer's service plan is available it will be offered at the time of purchase. Extended manufacturer's service plans are available for review prior to purchasing items on our website.
